The SAFE5112 System by SAFE Technology Ltd. is a complete, VdS-certified clean agent fire suppression system engineered around FK-5-1-12 (marketed as Novec 1230), a next-generation halon replacement agent. Designed for high-value, hard-to-access spaces, the SAFE5112 System combines fully compatible, pre-tested components into a single, code-compliant package available in 42 bar and 50 bar configurations.

Key System Features

• Cylinder sizes from 14L to 180L in both 42 bar and 50 bar working pressure

• 50 bar option allows cylinders to be located further from the protected zone
• VdS-approved cylinder valves (SFK 4000204 / 4000210 / 4000220 series) with electromagnetic, manual, manual/pneumatic, and pneumatic release device options
• Complete range of pilot hoses, manifolds, check valves, discharge hoses, and 180°/360° brass discharge nozzles
• Optional monitoring switch and pressure/flow detector switch for system supervision (NFPA 2001 compliant)
• Compliant with CPR (EU) 305/2011, PED 2014/68/EU, and TPED 2010/35/EU

System Components Included

A complete SAFE5112 installation is built from agent containers (pressure cylinders), system valves, electromagnetic/manual/pneumatic release devices, pilot hoses and accessories (adapters, non-return valves, vent valves, bleed valves), pressure gauges, discharge hoses, check valves, manifolds with mounting rails, wall mounting rails for cylinders, 180° and 360° discharge nozzles, and full VdS-approved warning/danger labeling.
